Last issue, asked readers: How many different RPG Maker games have you played? The results of that poll are as follows:

  • 77.78% of readers (14 votes) said that they have played between 1-10 RPG Maker games.
  • 16.67% of readers (3 votes) said that they have tackled 11-20 games.
  • Surprisingly, 0% of readers (0 votes) said they have played between 20-30 different masterpieces.
  • And finally, 5.56% of readers (1 vote) said they have played more than 30!

    RPG Maker Pavilion News Corner

    The RPG Maker Pavilion is going to have a Holiday Giveaway, where Pavilion frontman Valkysas is going to give away various trinkets and goodies that he "no longer wants or didn't want in the first place". Among the items to be given away are anime VHS tapes (Trigun being one such title) and games (such as Street Fighter II Championship Edition). The giveaway starts December 30th.

    The other event happening is the annual Pavilion New Years Eve party happening on December 31. All who wish to attend need to get there when they can.

    If you heard it here, it could probably be true. Maybe.

  • Begining with our good friends, the Pigwhistle family, who constantly give us juicy gossip, we have rumblings from informant Mrs. Sally Pigwhistle-Trough that the RPG Maker community's biggest bigwigs, Ixzion and Valkysas have some confidential information given to them from Agetec/Enterbrain about plans to continue the RPG Maker series. Not only that, but Agetec wants to hire the two immediately to work with the development team to create the best RPG Maker ever! Stay tuned for more developments.

  • The Mag will be going through some interesting changes this year. While it's had a grand 2006, it's going to have a phenominal 2007. The first thing that will change is that the forums will undergo a full redesign, along with the rest of the site. Next, password and game content management configurations will be install. Finally, a huge forum game will be created from the ground up using a 3D battle system.

  • Finally, there's a new type of summer event coming to the Mag in 2007. It will be the 2007 Summer Internet Olympics. Some events during the days will be Fast Typing, Rapispam, and more. Don't miss it.
