Pavilion News Corner
The RPG Maker Pavilion has recently added a "designer series
trading post." This trading post extends the Pavilion beyond the realms of RPG Maker, into
those of Magic Pengal, Fighter Maker and Fighter Maker 2.
RPGMM Rumor Mill
If you heard it here, it could probably be true. Maybe.
Although forum-goers thought that the sudden appointment of one "OblivionWolf"
to the chief-editor position, and Ix's sudden disapperance was nothing too unusual, some
others think otherwise. RPGMM Informant Mr. Pigwhistle Jr. tells us that Lord Ixzion
left OW in charge so that he himself could return to his mafia roots.
The rumor mill in the previous issue stated this:
"In other news, it's been hinted at that RPG Maker Magazine founder
Lord Ixzion will be stepping down as head of the site early
next year. However, when asked, Ixzion said "No comment." Yes, this
does not constitute an answer of "yes", why not come out and
say it? What is this man hiding?"
This was long before the announcement of OW's promotion. Could this have some truth to it after all?
Finally, there is talk that the RPGMM has been sold to an unnamed company *cough*cnet*cough*
Could Ix be going the GameFaqs route and greedily snatching loads of cash in exchange for
ownership of the mag? STAY TUNED!
