It does have the sealant on it. I was going to paint it (and still might), but the wood came with it on it, so I was lazy.

id also add more wood to it..idunno. any dog or cat can prolly slip thru it...or even me. and then sh*t on your lawn. (even me)

I don't particularly care about cats or whatnot really. I just care about humans. And if you can contort your body to fit through that, then I'm gonna come and visit your location!
