Since school's back and I'm getting into an entirely different life style and rhythm as the one I had before (because of all the studying and other stuff), I've decided to change my avatar to go along with it. I know, that Yusuke pic is just incredibly badass. But this guy now, hmm...

He's my personal favorite character in the whole Yu Yu Hakusho manga. He's Hagiri, the "Sniper", and he's part of Sensui's 7-man gang. The thing about Sensui's gang is that they all are simple humans, but with unique powers. Hagiri's power is to turn any object into a powerful projectile. He doesn't play fair nor fight one-on-one.
He only appears for a few scenes before being defeated, actually, but it's a blast. The weapons he uses (in order) are the following: an eraser fragment, rocks, kitchen tools, and a truck. Yes, he hurls a full truck into Yusuke. ^^

You don't argue with a character like that. So I'm giving him my avatar.
Yeah, I take avatars seriously. ^^

Now, on to the "random stuff".

You know, my iPod crashed yesterday. It's a 20GB Photo iPod, a real relic these days... I was always proud of it. Not everyone has an outdated iPod these days. It used to work just fine... until it crashed.
Now here's the funny thing. It doesn't crash as you'd expect it to crash. It crashes, and then an image pops up on the screen: a drawing of the iPod, with a sad face on it, with Apple's support site link below it.
It doesn't only crash, it is also polite enough to tell you "Look, I've crashed, okay?"

In the better words of a fried of mine, "It's like the damned thing was made to crash!"
I find that amusing to no end. ^^

Another thing... People usually picture hell as a red place filled with demons and fire. But no one ever wonders how hot it might be.
If it's anything as hot as the day is today, then I'm definitely not going there. Crap man, I'm melting!

Lucky me I went swimming today. Boy, I haven't swum properly in about 4 years... I lost all the uber underwater breath I had... It was always better than my regular breath... well, not anymore. I'm terribly disappointed =/ Is anyone selling some lungs, by any chance? Because I'm buying them.

Way up north has been nothing but snow, ice and cold. Most people are sick of the giant mounds of snow we have, and it makes driving indeed difficult (if not dangerous).

It's warmed up some, but I'm still cold. What I wouldn't give to be where you are right about now

Hmm.. Yu Yu Hakusho manga... I should give it a try...
I never read manga until a few months ago, and now I'm into them.
Anyway, I've thinking on changing my avatar, but I'm not sure what should I put. I might go for an updated Pit avatar. (It's funny... I just decided I like Pit despite the fact that I haven't even played Kid Icarus)
Oh, and I kinda prefer being hot than cold. I REALLY hate cold. I'm glad I live in a tropical Island. And that it takes a lot for me to sweat!

It was 3 below freezing this morning. I can't stand it...

I actually usually prefer the cold. It's just difficult to adjust from summer to winter. Other than that, you get used to it by January/Febuary.

Because when it's cold, you don't have to worry about bugs. I hate bugs, like flies and bees.

You guys don't want to envy my climate. =/ Think with me: when it's cold, you just put a lot of layers of clothes on. When it's hot... well, there's a limit to how much layers of clothes you can take off. There's a point when you can't do anything but bear the temperature. It's extremely uncomfortable, both physically and psychologically. The brain really slows down in the heat (like my uncle said once, "turn on the air conditioned before making any important decisions").

@Guar - Go for it, look for the Yu Yu manga and do read it. ^^ It's an awesome manga, on a lot of levels and genres... not just action and fighting. In reality, the action climax of the manga is the Dark Tournament... and that's about only halfway through.
Read it if you like a good story. If you want non-stop action and fighting, go for Dragonball Z instead. =P

Actually, I'm more intersted in story oriented things. I've noticed that I usually glance over the action to keep with the story anyway (I end up having to go back to them since I don't notice when someone gets badly hurt or something like that)
