So this game has variables and flags right?

If we had this we would definitely be seeing much more games outside of the RPG genre.

And ones within the genre would have so many limitations removed.

This game must be localized...

Well, if anything... the least we can do is show intrest in it. So I made a little sig. There's the code for it, as it links to part 1 of Valk's article. Feel free to add it to your sigs as well. It'll help let Agetec know we honestly want it.

petition might work as well

Starmen.net has tried it, and Nintendo has noticed.

A smaller company like Enterbrain or Agetec would probably notice it too.

I absolutely agree that it would be beyond awesome to have this RT4 localized but all they will respond with is, "Have you tried VX yet?"

Besides, it would have to be ported onto a newer system than the ps1. Where ever it ended up it would need to be a file share capable system. Most likely PC (again VX). Although 'Live Arcade' would be cool or 'PS whatever' (I dont have a PS3). Heck even on the VC would be cool. I don't mean to rain on any parades although I kinda just did. I hope I am wrong though. This game looks like what I had imagined RM1 to be before it came out. Hopefully someone important notices us.

I have managed to talk to Mark (Septiego) and he said that he has heard your voice. But that's all he said to me.

At least he knows the community wants it!

That we do, Ix. I mean, come on. Tsukuru 4 looks 50 times better than anything you could do on a cell phone. Imagine typing out the dialog for an entire game on a phone. I can see it now:

plz go 2 cave & get itm

will give u $

I don't care if you had to use the ever slow GUI text input again... it'd be worth it.

I told Mark about the article and reception right after the part 2 preview went up, and I got essentially the same response as Ixzion.

as for the above-mentioned RPG Maker for phones, the creation software was on the PC. you made games that could be played on phones.

@ speaking to Mark - Thanks (both you and Ix)... I know it's kind of out of your way and all.

@ Phone RM - Oh... well, if that's the case, it HAS to be playable on the PC as well. I mean, you have to at least be able to test your work right? Bah, no matter.

I'd still be for Tsukuru 4 being localized before the cell phone maker.

the cellphone RPG Maker was disowned by enterbrain. They once promoted the hell out of it (with weekly game updates), but they have since erased all mention of it from their site, and no one knows why.

I'll have the last parts of the RPG Tsukuru 4 feature up tomorrow. I apologize for the break. the community reaction to the project dramatically changed the way I was doing it.

Well, I'm glad people are talking to Mark. :)

I hope he can pull some strings.

Check out that beautiful Editor! Many colors and many choices abound!

And here's a tease, which I assure you is merely the very tip of the iceberg!

Agreed. It's really an eye opener, if nothing else. I'm really suprized that hasn't made it's way over here.

Anyway, thanks again for raising the awareness of it all.

If you saw, there's some awesome futuristic graphics for this. So if you wanted to make something sorta out there, it'd be possible.

Plus Anime Maker got an awesome boost, with in-battle attack animations and all that.

I'm glad we had someone who could show it to us, at least.
