My mother was begging me to try the 5 hour energy drink. She said it really works. So I did.

On the bottle it said I can drink half now and half later if I wished, for moderate energy. So I said why not? It will save me the trouble from buying another bottle right away and I'm taking small amounts to see if I feel anything.

Well, the only thing that it gave me was twitchy ankles. Almost like restless leg syndrome.

I had restless syndrome before trying an anti depressant a while back ago. And this seems like a mild form of that.

If the rest of my body felt like my ankles I would stand a better chance saying it's a good product. I still feel tired. This kinda worries me.

Anyone else tried energy drinks?

And do you think I should call the number on the back of the bottle and tell them how I feel about there product?

I drink Monster, but I feel nothing. I am a man of power, therefore, I need some powerful sh*t to wake me up.

I can't drink energy drinks...

I've tried a few energy drinks:

Xenergy (my personal favorite)
Rip It! (1.09, but it tastes bleh)
Vault (very good)

However, I generally stay away from them, because I could get heart palpatations from the excess caffeine.

Nah, I don't really enjoy energy drinks.

I'm immune to energy drinks/caffeine.
They do absolutely nothing to me. I can sleep easily after drinking one.

I always thought an 'energy drink' was something like Gatorade.

I guess not. =P

I stay away from those drinks... I don't think they're healthy in the least. Then again, I don't drink pop.

5 hour energy worked great for me, but then again I just slammed the whole thing in about a second. I think I got a bit twitchy too, but I didn't go to bed that night. I took it at midnight though... I like blue Jolt the best. Most energy drinks don't taste good so I rearly drink them.

Caffeine bothers my tummy if I drink too much. I was told that B12 is very good to use for energy.

I'm thinking about finding the liquid form of it and drink it to see how I feel.
I have tried the pills but they have not really done anything and they say the amount I would need would equal to 2 bottles of pills every day. Because the drug companies don't want people to get better. If you believe in that.

The only energy drink I drink is Gatorade.

I cant stand caffine and I've nevar had a single drop of soda in this body.

Gatorade used to be the energy drink but now it's considered a 'sports' drink i think.
personally i don't really like energy drinks much i think they taste bad. but BooKoo is pretty good, only thing is that it comes in uber sized cans >_< it's like cotton candy but liquidated ... i find slushies are good good for sugar and energy and don't taste like energy drink.. just like slushie. yum yum.
there were these power shots once....

i had a friend that had one rock star drink before midnight and one rock star drink after because that meant it wasn't more than one in the same day *smacks forhead* and he was up for like three days apparantly *shrug*

personally i would reccommend like.. an apple or something cus they are full of natural sugar..

You can try sugar, but you can also try coffee. Works wonders ^^
Or, if you're not into coffee, some Red Bull with vodka does the trick.
