Is there a button at game submission page to upload game?

This is what I see on my non-admin account:

Are you positive that you're logged in on that screen?

And just in case...

There are two different accounts. Main site account and forum account. They are not linked. You must be logged in on the main site to upload games.

I'm sorry. I really thought I was logged in to both accounts but it turns out I wasn't logged into the main account. I submitted my game. Thanks for all your help.
