What?! Oh no, please say it isn't so, this franchise was supposed to be all for multi-player! Where did you learn this info Myoky? If anyone else knows anything, give me a link or somethin'. This can't be!

You act like there aren't already a few single player games. There may not be many, but still enough to wonder why you are so taken by suprise. Besides, if I'm not mistaken, Chronicles didn't really make that much of an impression Final Fantasy title.

Crystal Chronicles was supposed to be exclusively for multiplayer with single player on the side. Honestly, the first game was quite repetitive, but it still had some fun elements to it...... at least enough to keep me and my sister satisfied.

I was just looking forward to the multiplayer aspect of it, now I'm depressed.

I wonder if it will at least include summons this time around?

really, from what I've seen and read, it's not too much like a traditional Crystal Chronicles game.(It being primarily single player is a big change.)

My info about it being more single player based is from Nintendo Power, and upon inspection, Wikipedia says the same. It will still feature Multiplayer WiFi stuff, and apparently, items equipped will appear on your character. (Which is a plus for me, because for some reasons I love games with stuff like that.)
Also seems like it has a more 'mature' deasign.

So Wifi, meaning online type multiplayer? Ugh, that is soooooooooo stupid, if thats the case, they could've left the Crystal Chronicles out of the title, and just called it a Final Fantasy. Well, at least armor and stuff like that shows in real time on the characters..... but I'm still not impressed.
