So, what have you spent your money on?

A few days ago, I spent 90 bucks down on a lot of Ranma vhs tapes. 45 tapes, 4 seasons, and 90 episodes, 2 episodes per tape. So, I see I paid 90 bucks for 45 days of enjoyment, if I watch one tape per day. I've seen two tapes, and it's a very funny series so far, so I'm happy with my purchase.

(And I don't want to hear anythong about how obsolete VCR's are. I still love and use mine.)

Next up, I wanted to get in touch with my musicial side. So, I bought an electric keyboard for 300 bucks. It was a pretty good deal, since it had more features at an attractive price. The only complaint I have is it has 76 keys, whereas the usual piano has 88. Still, I can record my songs, upload them to the computer, and even change the piano into 486 different sounds, from a heartbeat to a fireworks show, organs, pianos, violins, even a punch sound. Very entertaining.

And lastly, I saw a copy of Chrono Trigger. 40 bucks. I know several people claim it's an excellent game, and I know our magoians Lantis and SK love it, so I gave it a shot. The beginning is rather unimpressive however. It'll probably get better as I invest more time into it.

I bought a new comic and got it signed by it's creators.
Around 5 bucks.

I also bought a new computer with a nice widescreen monitor. It's price was pretty steep. It has Vista(blech)

Today I just finished backing up my PS1 library of 168 discs (not games, some are multi-disc) and I am 20-ish dvd's shy of finishing my PS2 library. (Speaking of which, if any of you know of any PS2 software that lets me play dual layer backups, like Rogue Galaxy, let me know.)

Also I just got an external fan that snaps in place behind the 360 and a few more games, a wireless adapter for the 360 and a new wireless router.

Or Codemasters, those sites have what I want but either charge an arm and a leg for shipping, or won't disclose the cost since I am in ze Canada... jerks... :\

Also, picked up The Prestige and 28 Weeks Later(I'm a humongous horror junkie and must OWN this movie like 28 weeks ago!!! DUUUR!!)

Hey in5ult080t, I'm pretty sure that the external fan fried my last 360, I think it was made by Intec, but not sure. Just a fair warning, hope you have a warranty. Even the guy at GameCrazy told me not to use it..... just watchin' out for ya. :)

Edit: Ooops, I better stay on topic. :P

Just bought Mario Galaxy and special edition strategy guide that comes with a huge glow in the dark poster of Mario.

woo, what are the chances of this topic coming up ^__^

i just the other day went on my first grocery shopping trip. i got bread and some meat and jam and peanut butter and ice cream and cookies and biscuits and frozen mini one person pizza things and some microwave lasagnes (not so good though i tried, not again for those) and some microwave pastys, not sure how those will be, havn't tried yet. and also some package rices and pastas though i don't neccessarily have a pot yet. working on that. also they are 2-3 people servings so i'll definitly need a pot to keep it in the fridge meanwhiles of time. i also got some canned spaggetti! havn't tried that yet either.
er.. i also got a lot of manga and graphic novels and comics out of the library but that's not particularily buying....
also i got yesterday some notebooks to use for writing stuff down and whatnot and body mod planning, gonna start that now cus it'll take a while to figure it all out. and some large paper. cus i have space to put it all now which is nice! yay for having space!!!!

so yeah.. all very exciting and stuff. i also got some cranberry juice and blackcurrant redish coloured squash. cus water tastes bad :/

^_______^
