Interesting video. Should it be banned? No.

If you have faith in Christianity, then stuff like this won't shake it.

I admit, I only saw 30% of this video, so I didn't see the rest.

The vid gos on to tell you about how there are many others like Jesus that the stars and sun where in the same alinement with other people from different profits.

The 3 wise men are really 3 stars in the sky. And the sun is the sun of god. Jesus. But they can be talking about many other people who it could have been. And that's if you think that the story of the bible was based on the sun and the stars in the sky.

I watched it all, and I am of the same opinion as Ix.

(And KK, if Ix didn't want to watch the rest of it, what makes you think he'd want to read it either?)

I'm not about to go reasearch every name that was mentioned. But reguardless, it all breaks down to faith. And personally, I'm not going to be picky about who one has faith in. I think that faith in SOMETHING is something that anyone can benefit from. The person whom I put my faith in, however, is Jesus Christ.

As for the banning of that video... no. Everyone has a right to speak their mind. Everyone has the right to voice their opinions and beliefs.

If they can keep conspiracy theories on Youtube, they should be able to keep videos like this on Youtube.

Lantis, maybe Ixzion didn’t want to sit through the last eight and a half minutes and KK’s synopsis was of use. He could always stop reading from KK's statement, "The vid goes on to...". So I see nothing wrong with what she said.

What is the reason Youtube cites for removing it? Is it the content at the end of the video that refers to an archaeoastronomical interpretation of bibilical mythology,

It should only be banned if it is consistent with YouTube’s criteria for banning of which I am unfamiliar.

He left out that Lucifer (which means light bearer) is commonly known to refer to Venus “the morning starâ€

Heh, interesting. Taking out the guy pointlessly bashing the pope at the beginning (that's supposed to be funny?) and whining about the video being flagged and about 'having enough evidence to support his claim', it was a rather interesting ten minutes.

It's funny how stuff like that shows up from time to time. And it's funny how it will show up if you have the will to look for it. It's interesting to notice how the same myth is recycled over and over from different cultures as time passes. Which everyone knew already. Culture itself is transfered from place to place as the people in those places make contact to each other, and religion, as a part of culture, shouldn't be different.

It's also funny how in portuguese we call the three stars in Orion's belt the 'Three Marys'.

I'm even skeptical that they have always been part of a single video.
