But seriously, I honestly cannot recommend using ePSXe. It's easier (and less glitchy) just to go find a DexDrive.

Perhaps someone knows the answer to my problem. I have the system installed, but it plays in super fast motion. What can I do to fix this?

I can give you my bios dump... It runs fine after tuning the video settings a bit.

you have to go into the video's config and change it to automatically detect framerate or something like that.

I usually set it to run by a small resoultion like 640 X 480 for better processing speeds. Also, if you don't pittle around with the framerate, it'll usually play at twice it's normal speed.

The only other issue I've seen is trying to MAKE something one the epsxe. There are some layer issues that won't let you see your cursor at some times which makes it a tad to difficult to really do anything. Also, because of the flagrant nature of it, it's not suggested you use it to make your game.

I use it for playing/testing only.

Alrighty, so what's a good solution for sound problems? Sometimes I'll get sound effects or music, but rarely both.

Still have this problem with sound. Anyone know a great spu plugin?


edit: By clicking the bottom checks, I managed to get sound and music. But now I get a horrible framerate. Nuts.
