RACES

Dreems: Winged beings that were believed to be angels. Their strength comes from the earth itself, making their power almost unlimited. As implied, they are capable of flight making it more difficult to be struck down by enemies. There is a draw back to this, I'm afraid. Power is drained the longer they are in flight. Preferred Weapon: Great Sword

Wingless: Are technically the same race as the Dreems, but they suffer from a rare genetic disease. They are not supplied energy from the planet so they must retrieve it from others. Health is gain based on half of the damage the enemy takes... this rule is not set in stone, though. Some enemies cannot be drained of health. Preferred Weapon: Short Sword

Humans: The dominant and most common race of Rajia. While not as physically strong as the other races, they can master nearly any weapon. They are most deadly with firearms. Preferred Weapon: Any, but Great Sword.

Narogs: Humanoid creatures that have evolved from dragons. Are capable of jumping large distances with ease. Unfortunately, they do not co-operate well with Dreems, but are willing to with the right price. Preferred Weapon: Daggers and Spears

Iron Gods: Golems consisting of iron or steel. Are believed to be the surviving Titans of the planet Nu. These things have an unreal strength that can turn rock into dust. They cannot use weapons nor need to. Preferred Weapon: Dur! Just told you.

Wraith: At one time, they were thought to be ghosts. Being difficult to see or hit makes them perfect for infiltration. Alas, they lack much strength. Preferred Weapon: None


About Items

Several items will be obtained during your quest. Weapons, armor, keys, etc. I will keep up with the items you get in the Inventory Thread. Should make it easier for you to keep track of everything. However, the items you take along with you on your missions are up to you. (can carry to a max of 6 items a person)


About Spells

Spells I learn shalt be posted in the Spell Thread. As mentioned before, they can only be used once per mission. To regain use of them you must accomplish your mission or retreat.


Live by the sword or die by it!

Your chances of success are higher if you are to stay together with the rest of your squad (4 soldiers a squad, there can be multiple squads.) But if you disperse you may cover more ground, the choice is up to you. Remember, once you die I don't have the power to bring you back again. Retreat if your health is too low. Once you retreat you may not re-enter the mission until health is full. When in a retreat state you will gain 15% of health to a minimum of 1 health point per any player's post. NO SPAM!

Stamina

Newly implemented is the Stamina system. All players start with 100 stamina and this is consumed as a special attack is preformed. If stamina is at 0 it is possible to do a special attack, however the player with take 10% damage per 10 negative stamina. Stamina will refill at the end of a mission, once one retires to an inn, or plot devise (don't expect too many of this one.)

Mastering weapons

You can use any weapon that you please, but keep an eye out for weapon types that your character is best with. For every successful attack done to an enemy, WP (weapon points) are gained. Once you receive at least 15 WP you may go to the Dark Corner and learn a weapon specialty. Can come in handy.

how exactly do the items and spells work? can anyone use them?

Anyone can use about any item/spell unless if specified that they can't. I kind of forgot you were a Narog, when you posted earlier and allowed you to use a bow. But I think I'll allow that.

Ok, I was looking through the inventory topic, some weapons have no weapon type while others do, what does that mean?

Some of their names don't make it too obvious what type of weapon they are. That is when I tell exactly what type it is.

So wait, Narogs can use bows?

Just Rynus.
