E3 idea.

I think it'd be a great idea to have a E3 kind of event, where creators can show off upcoming game releases, tell a bit about their game all in one spot. Development studios and normal people can show off what they're creating, or make a big debut.

So, whatta think?

Like in real life or just in the forums?

We could make a forum where creators could make subforums showcasing theiur games, like Kiosks at an actual gameshow. They could put trailers (if they have any) in one thread, and mini-games or trivia in another.

Well, the thing is, most people don't like waiting for a certain time to display their ideas.

I really like the theory, but I don't know how well it'd translate into the community.

Personally I doubt it'd work, for the reasons stated above. It'd be nice if there were some event that encouraged people to try out new games, but I dunno what sort of thing that'd be.
