OK, we seem to have settled on "Tower" as a word for Computer, but why not just "Computer??"

I mean... What about the ones in "VCR" Style cases? They are not "Towers" and I have a few of them!

You can shorten it to 'Puter if the word is too long. At least it would be a Universally Applicable term!

Alot of people are hating on my setup, which is strange because I've got the poll beat pretty bad. One guy didn't like it just because I didn't have a dual background stretched clean across my desktop... WTF!? Since when did backgrounds become so imporant?

Anyway, it was funny becuase I approched him about it, the conversation went a little like this:

Me: So... it seems my computer looks better than yours.

Him: But in specs and case only, I got you beat.

Me: Specs, yes... just case not so much. Besides quit changing the subject, it's about the setup anyway.

Him: Yeah, but I'm just saying

Me: No, you are just trying to make yourself feel less like a noob for losing.
