Just pick witch computer you think looks pretty... just to settle a heavy debate.

With A it looks like a bad version of a DS. Go with B

It may take up more room, but it doesn't look retarded.

I think I'm choosing A, though that may be partly because we can see more cool stuff in A.

I have to go with B. Got burned out on most black cases. And dual monitors always win.

I wonder when those other two people that voted A will actually vote A.

I voted A.

It is a close call between the monitor/ comfortable open space of A and the dual monintor cozy cockpit of B.

Even though I don't like the CPU so high up (feels a little top-heavy) in A, I'd be constantly annoyed by the exposed components of the CPU at eye level in B.

A looks just weird.
B is cooler. Although the strangest thing in B is that... huge... 7-Up poster... I haven't seen one single 7-Up for years, now O.o

agreed on that.

i'm all for B. duel monitors sold me right away.

Anyone for option C :p

I had to go with A just for the Doggy!!

WOOF!

Bow-Wow!

ARF!!

Snarl, Growl, Foam at Mouth...

Ummm...

Interestingly, if you are only talking about the monitors, I like them better side by side. But the rest... I don't know.

I've never gone for the visible insides bit... especially with Blue Lights inside! (Listen to Frank Zappa's song - "The Blue Light" for my favorite reason!).

But, are both monitors showing the same computer?

I generally have 2 computers when I have 2 monitors...

But I gotta say this:

WHAT???

YOU?

Of ALL People here...

YOU???

Ahem...

The CPU is a Chip inside the Computer.

Not The Whole Fluffing Computer!!

...

Sorry.

Pet Peeve.

Had to vent.

When did that misnomer start?

It's become Far Too Common!

We Must Correctify The World!

Back on topic...

I never cared much for where the Computer itself was placed physically - compared to the monitor and table on which it sits.

Depends on what the user is doing I guess. If it's a Work Desk, you need more desk space!

And both of you have the mouse on the wrong side (Hey - When I get Annoying, I just doesn't know when to stop!)

A is my friend, Bibby's computer. We were arguing which on looked better. There's an exact copy of this thread in his forums as well. Apperently they are way more active in their forums as both of our computers were in the teens in the second day since we started the poll (I'm still winning though ^_^).

@ TTC - Why would you want to put ANY electrical equipment on the floor? To me, that's like asking for mass dust build-up... nothing like insulating your computer, eh? Heat, bad...

@ Rodak - lmao, yeah... I hate that too. When working at my old comptuer repair job, I've heard THE TOWER called many a things. CPUs, Hard Drives, and worst of all... Modems. Why on God's green earth would you call your tower and all it's components an out dated device that feeds internet at 56k?! BLASPHEMY!

@ KK - Yeah, that's Bibby's pit, Trillville (we call him Trill). He also has another pit, she's only a few months old. Very cute.

You mean, THE TOWERs with exposed components glowing in an obscure blue light are common? If both you and him have those...

Btw Lantis, your mousepad still rocks ^^

What is that ominous light that threatens to engulf your hardwiring?

Lantis I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter where you place computer equipment, it's going to get dusty as hell anyway. I usually clean my out about every 2 months or so. Trust me Legos on my top shelf don't fare any better on the dust front, everything gets equally covered. Plus being under the desk the desk catches some of the dust on the way down.

And yes it is the computer/tower, it was a quick response, though technically it is still a central processing unit, just not the CPU.

@Rodak, oddly enough I am left handed, yet use my mouse right handed, of course I also do some other tasks right handed (like using scissors and playing bass).

Those Ominous lights are LEDs :p. The supposedly make your case look 1337 or something, but really just keep you up at night if you leave your computer on.

Meh, to each their own... but I still believe that more dust collects the closer to the ground something is.

And no, I don't perpetually run my computer.
