Cereal bars is not very healthy. Lots of sugar. Like the ones with the marshmallows. Also I found out.. Milk has just as much sugar as 3 large marshmallows. So too much milk is no good. Best to stick to protean items. Like an egg white omlet.

MARSHMALLOWS IN A CEREAL BAR?

... that's not a cereal bar. sorry. that's like... a freak accident. >_<;;

the ones i'm talking about are oats and fruit. usually raisins or like... blueberries, and stuff. like... 115 calories a bar or something? and... now i look... a lot of sugar.

I think it's more of a cultural thing. I believe what Regal was referring to is called a granola bar for the most part here, whereas what KK is talking about is quite literately breakfast cereal in a bar with some kind of weird milk solid stuff (not marshmallow to the best of my knowledge). Of course what Regal is referring to has been around for a while, but the cereal bar is pretty recent (last 5 years or so I believe). Depending on the flavor both are pretty good.

I would like to know where you got your information. Milk is one of the best drinks out there for the human body. It's not so much the sugar, which isn't the problem in fat society. What really is is the fat. Whole Milk is very high in fat, 2% is what it is, and skim milk is the healthiest of the bunch, especially if you want no fat. Too much milk is not bad for anyone.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Milk#Nutrition_and_health

While I don't trust wikipedia with some info, this stuff is taken off another website. So, yeah. If you read the nutrition, milk is not bad, even in large doses.

That's good to hear, seeing as I can blow through a gallon myself within two days.

I like real food better, but I like McDonalds hamburgers, even though they are completely gross and not hamburgers at all. Big Mac ftw.

Fast food rules!

Although I'm glad to see that milk is really good for you, since I go through a lot of it.
