Yup, though not from many restaurants. Usually Wendy's and Arby's, and occasionally Dairy Queen. Oh, and I get fast food usually once a week.

I eat fast food... Like between 3 times a week up to twice a day. I try to stick to salads.

I used to ALL the time. I was THE fast food king. I especially loved White Castle, Taco Bell, Arby's and Long John Silver's, but I liked every other fast food joint as well.

Now that I no longer eat meat, I almost never get food from those old places, but I do go to places like Chipotle.

Actually, I do, but only when I'm travelling or something like that, because it's cheaper and more practical than eatingat other palces.
But in a normal, daily basis? No way.

I make my own fastfood, heck they're more healthy then the ones at McDonalds or Burger King ^^ but i only eat them occasionally when i'm in the mood for some :

-French Fries, replaced them with Tofu Fries. Low fat and calories made with homemade recipe.
-Burgers, The meat is slowly tenderized with rosemary, and thymes and olive oil, slightly baked then grilled. The buns are from wheat and more vegetables and i use goat cheese >___>

And some other menus are replaced with my homemade fastfood recipe

I enjoy Burger King and Taco Bell. There aren't any Red Robin/Arbys near my place so I have to eat them

In fact, we kind of make a game out of it. I'll go to Radioshack durring my lunch break (Because I do NOT work at Radishack ¬_¬) and pick one of the guys up. We will then pick a number. After picking a number, we will go to a fast food joint and get off the menu, whatever number we picked before hand.

We haven't do that much... but it's kind of fun to do from time to time.

I try to mix it up a little, be it Arby's, Zips, or Wendy's. I try to mix it up sometimes with a trip to places I don't regularly go to, like Carls' Jr and A@W.

Same. Sometimes, my friends just want to go out for that kind of thing.

As for me, I'm for more of a sit-down restaurant environment like Perkins. Herb Rice and shrimp. Yum!

At any rate, I refuse to eat things like WC, Mcdonalds, and Burger King altogether. If I eat fast food it's usually quickly prepared Japanese Teriyaki from the mall or once in a blue moon Long John Silver's. Ridiculously bad? Yeah, Long John's is.

My favorite fast food to get is a foot long sub at Subway for dinner or something. I think it's just like getting something from a deli, and I get no dressing on the thing.

Anymore, it's rare for me to get true fast food. I usually eat at sit-downs if I go out.

They should make a healthy fast food chain. Like will brown rice and grilled veggies or something.

Subway is pretty healthy >___> it's basically the only 'fast-food' i'll even eat.

Not for long tho.

Cereal bars is not very healthy. Lots of sugar. Like the ones with the marshmallows. Also I found out.. Milk has just as much sugar as 3 large marshmallows. So too much milk is no good. Best to stick to protean items. Like an egg white omlet.

I do, though for the time I wasn't living with my family I hardly ever did. So I guess about twice a week or so. Not a huge fan of it since most of the time it's Zaxby's because my brother always wants that, and my family is usually too lazy to go too many places further away. But I don't see as all that bad as I eat pretty healthy during the week, and it's nice to have a change from a salad, crackers and fruit once in a while for lunch. Hopefully once I start working I'll be able to find some nice, and rather cheap sit down restaurants. Computing industry workers are typically not known for their stellar diets, so hopefully I'll be able to get something near decent. Luckily I hate coffee so none of that for me.

I do enjoy getting Arby's, Wendy's, Captain D's and Taco Bell occasionally though.
