There is a Welcome sticky that when you click on it. It just has a post by Ixion saying "NT"

What does "NT" mean? I would think that there would be more information in the sticky if somone wanted to change behavior and get back in. Also maybe a set of the rules too.

Sorry for the lateness. NT means "No Topic".

And yes, while it would be helpful to have a set of rules there, Banville is generally permanent. There's a whole lot you have to do to get sent there in the first place.
