I remember Sky Dancers and that Cabbage Patch thing, since my sister had one. :D

Remember Rollerskating Barbie that has sparks shoot from her skates? Got recalled because she might roll over something flamable.

Bill Engval actually make a joke about not allowing to leave gas in their kids rooms anymore if they kept playing with it... which was kind of funny.

Oh, and I remember skydancer barbie too. It actually reminds me of Yoshimitsu's move from Tekken when he spins in circles repeatedly smashing you with his fist.

I can't imagine anyone breaking ribs with that Sky Dancer O.o By the way, we had hundreds of clones with the same design and purpose here and no one never talked anything about them being dangerous ^^

I had the creepy crawlers toy. That thing was awesome. I never hurt myself with it, though I do admit that it got really clucking hot.

But according to the killjoys at the Consumer Product Safety Commission, children—at least those prone to eating plastic objects as big as their head—were at serious risk. A week later, Mattel recalled 4.4 million Polly Pocket dolls and accessories because kids were swallowing the toy's magnets.

Kids have no common sense. Unless they were talking about babies, but they didn't specify.

In related news, I remember when my cousin and I decided to shoot rocks out of our noses...

I'm probably older than anyone else on this site. I've had several of these toys but never injured myself with any of them:

Easy Bake Oven
Creepy Crawlers
Incredible Edibles
Pic-a-Doo (Or something like that, it was along the lines of the Creepy Crawlers type of deal, but it had trays with just dots on them. You filled them in with different colors of goo to make patterns. Then you would put another layer on top of all of that, to be a backing that you would use to peel them out, when they were "cooked".)
Slip-n-Slide
Super Balls galore

I still have a set or two (pretty cobalt blue and purple I believe) of the original "Clackers" (or Klackers, Klik-Klaks, etc.) I wasn't afraid of them at all when I was younger (probably because I never thought about what could happen, and I never heard about it until a few years ago). I was pretty good at using them too. I might be afraid to use them now, and would definitely want to wear some eye protection if I ever do.
