Before I continue, let me say that I am very sorry.

It has come to my attention that I must take Several summer courses for my Computer Science degree. These classes are not covered by my scholarship, so it will be thousands of dollars out of my own pockets. I have to cut back on frivolous spending where I can, so I have no choice but to decrease the contest prize amounts. (I am only doing this because the contest has not officially started yet. Otherwise I would never THINK of doing it.)

Because of these circumstances, the new prizes will be:

1st prize: 1 Copy of the RPG Maker Megazine, customized
2nd and 3rd prize: A single printed RPGMM Issue of their choice.


If circumstances allow, I will provide for the earlier stated Visa Gift cards...but I'm not entirely sure that is possible at this time.

personally, i think a customised copy of the Megazine is a great prize itself.

It was nice you offered, and yeah your education and subsistence mean a lot more than nice prizes for winning. Still offering the copies of the mag is great, too.

It is depressing to hear, but you told us now instead of later, so I'm good with it. I just find it amusing how many people say they 'don't care'. I realize everyone is being nice, but I still find it amusing.

I actually don't mind. On account I'm not planning on entering it anyway.
