Shouldn't the description be something like:

"If your banned, this is the only place you can post."

Instead of:

"If this is the only forum you can see, then you've been banned."

Because we alll can see the ban forum

ah, but if it is the ONLY forum you can see. if you can see the others then it isn't the only forum visible. ^^
