Makoto Shishio, Volgin, Joker, Bison, Gouki, Dante, Kratos(GOW), Mr. Sinister, Magneto, Batman(any version), Aeon Flux, Trevor Good Child, Solid Snake, Liquid Snake, Mister Graves(100 bullets comics), Zaraki Kenpachi, Most of the characters from Basilisk; too many to name or list.

I'm gonna have to go with Batman as my favorite superhero, and I can't decide between the Joker or Harley Quinn as my favorite villain. I speak directly of the Batman Animated Series versions of these characters. I don't like Batman so much in Justice League or even Gotham Knights.

I never really though of video game characters as superheroes... unless it's a Spiderman game ect.

The best spiderman I liked was the Marvel Zombie's version. Once a superhero changed into a flesh eating mad man with no hope.

Yeah, I think Sigma better fit's the Villain... but still. Playing through the X series and I was alway bursting with excitment wondering if the anticipated battle was going to take place with each installment.

Though, that may be just me... 'cause I'm not all that popular.

Superhero...? Never really liked them, the USA ones (I guess you meant USA comic ones?). They tend to look pretty... unnatural. Artificial. And when writers try to make them more human, what you get is the thousands of comics out there with 'Apocaplypse' and 'Death of...' in the title. Pretty sad, in my opinion.

But if I had to choose one, it would have to be Dr. Xavier and Magneto.

Out of comics, the first generation of Power Rangers against Rita Repulsa (or Lord Zedd). ZOMG nostalgia!!11!
