hmmm... Mine is a close tie of 3 games...

Lufia 2, FF6, SMRPG, Earthbound, Zelda LttP...

I f I had to narrow it down, I would pick Lufia 2 as my favorite.

I mean, *cough*. It's just the second best freakin' system ever.

Favorite games include Final Fantasies (all 3), Chrono Trigger, Romancing SaGa 3 (free-roaming RPG at its best!), Super Punch-Out, Street Fighter Alpha 2, and more...
