I believe it would be a parody of the song, so it would be set to the same music as Eagle Eye Cherry's 'Save Tonight'. It's pretty good, not quite Weird Al level, but decent.

Never heard any Weird Al, so I can't say =P

But yeah, that version was in the air waiting for someone to write it. It was totally iminent.

Ah, well that's Weird Al's thing, to take existing songs and make parodies of them. He's made quite a lot doing it too, and though probably never considered a 'real' musician is about as popular as most of them. His stuff is admittedly kind of hit or miss but normally pretty funny, he does have a couple of original songs.
