After giving it a bit of thought, here's my hat:

A good relationship is where you have two people who want to do as many good things as possible for the other person.

A good relationship means honesty at both ends; loyalty.

Respect for the other party.

Trust, love, respect, loyalty, and all the other things. I may be looking at the impossible, but that's the type of relationsship I want.

Equal loyalty, equal love, and equal interests in certain things. Ever hear of the phrase "Couples who game together stay together?"XP

Stephy and I take turns playing RPGs (mainly FF series and BoF 3 and 4) as well as playing Runescape together. We're planning to get married ingame after we reach a few personal goals on it.

I couldn't get her into PSO. Hell, for awhile I couldn't get me back into PSO.

I'm kinda competitive, but not against Stephy.

One that doesn't have to rely on sex.

So I guess the most important thing in a relationship is that it is dynamic. It should evolve and grow in new and exciting ways. What you want to look for is some one that is just as excited to join you on the journey as you are to go on it. Everything else eather stems from this, or is secondary.
