K, that's all I wanted to know... back to Groundhog day. Oh, Saint Patty's day totally rapes Groundhog day, btw. At least where people actually celebrate it... America isn't too keen on it, sadly.

Valentines is the next big holiday. Yeah there might be tons of drinking and parties for St. Patties day. But the hotel, champagne,flower,teddy bare, and candy companies make a killing this time of year.

Meh, the only thing Valentines Day ever meant to me was when my church used to have a Valentines party for all the kids, where we all made cards for each other (well, not in the same gender of course). 'Course church has downsized since then, so as far as I know these parties don't happen any more.

We don'tget tha holiday over here. It has something to do with a groundhog's shadow and winter/spring, right?

Yeah, If the Groundhog sees his shadow it means 6 more weeks of winter. If he does not see his Shadow that means it will be an early spring.

Uh, isn't it the other way around?

Don't you tell the weather by the shadow (or lack there of), instead of use the weather to guess if the stupid groundhog sees it's freakin shadow?
