I want to make a battle with a NPC, that NPC need to use magic scrolls. But for the life of me I cannot get him to use them. This always happens to me each time I try to make an RPG, I find out something that I may not or cannot do. If anyone can help that will be great.

The NPC won't be able to use items. But if you make a spell called "(Item Name Here)", and set it to the character, that could possibly replicate the effect you're looking for.
