I think you are right (better than what I could have said)... Well informed, if nothing else.

Not only DQ5, but some other awsome titles too. There is a Tales of Destiny 2 out for PS2 that would blow your mind... If you like Tales of Phantasia and Tales of Destiny, don't watch this video, for you will cry.

And we are never going to see this game. It won't even play on our PS2s. You'd need the Asian PS2, which has diffrent Firmware.

If you are a fan of Tales of Phantasia or Tales of Destiny, then you will be happy to know there is a Tales of Destiny 2 for the PS2. Unfortunately, it's never comming here...

^only watch if you don't care much for Tales of Destiny... the fact that we won't get it will make you cry.

But yeah, there are many games we, as english speaking people, will never get to play. Too bad too, I bet DQ 5-7 were better than 8.

I figured I'd continue this conversation by starting off with my last post:

). That seems extreme even for Dragon Quest. Man if I knew how to make that dragon scale armor that's costing me 12,000 Gold each, I'd make it. (And I don't intend to look it up online.) Meh, whatever, I'll just skip the new equipment and hope I don't fall too far behind levels. Which, if the boss inside the Dark Tower is any indication (TOUGH TOUGH TOUGH!), may be all too easy.

You may have to get use to that. The prices only get higher.

What I did was skip as many town's new armor and weapons as possible. And once the enemies got out of hand, I had enough money for the best weapons and armor for the current point in game.

I'm out doing subquests and stuff right now. That'll help my funding a little. And I might figure out where that bird is along the way, without having to go see Kalderasha.

Incidentally, I actually DREAMED Dragon Quest 8 last night. Castle Trodain was fixed and new people moved in, except the old people were still cursed.
