Sexual harassment charges come along way for the wrong guy who gets them. Some deserve it but others well you already know.

You hit the nail on the head... seriously.

women would construe a sneeze as sexual harassment. It's no wonder men are scared to look at ANYTHING besides their computer monitor.

I'm sorry, but the women are doing this to themselves. They act like men are going to just rape them right there in the office. You know, most of them need to get off their high-horse because most of them would be worth the sex in the first place.

I wouldn't condone worplace relationships anyway. I think people will have less on their mind and work better single anyway. Relationships bring so many missleading thoughts from work.

If you have a fight? Oh, yeah... that's work down the drain. Wondering if the relationship willl last... yadda yadda, the list goes on.

Maybe it would be best just to have women work with other women and men work along side with other men.
Make a non-co sex work place. Have the women work on one project in one room. And the men working on something else in another office. :/

That wouldn't work for several reason.

1) Women would gripe because of the segrigation. Equal rights and whatnot. They would prefer to risk sexual harassment to be on the same "level" as the men.

2) Most businesses couldn't divide their company by gender. Diffrent people have diffrent jobs and some of the responsibilities of those jobs require a specific person, reguardless of their gender.

3) Sexual harassment isn't just male/female based. Gay people have had sexual harassment cases as well. So shoving all the guys in a room and all the girls in a room wouldn't settle anything.

I'm sure I could think of more, but I can't say I care all to much... shunning relationships fixes the problem... at least for me.

Separating men and women in the work place would only make problems worse, it would be giving in to the whole Glass Partition thing!! Which is totally not the point >__> as society evolves we are supposed to be Getting Over stuff like this.

Yeah, but that's just it. There are always going to be a select few who can't get the stick out of their ass and keep things going the way they are now.

Maybe we should just shoot those people.

It's a North American thing >___>

personally I figure they will eventually die and the kids growing up will learn hate and whatnot less and less with every generation. natural evolving..... or we could shoot them.. but that would just continue the cycle of hate and violence... *hides gun*

Evolution takes too long *sigh*

And i could wear my pants real low, and play my repetitious "beatz" as loud as possibly while driving 5mph through the surburban streets.

And on the seventh day all would be fixed.

Not really, you would just fit right in, in suburbia. As for this glass partition thing, it's just another example of people being too damn uptight all the time. I mean you can't even say piss anymore and that was never a curse word, can't talk about guns anymore, can't talk about drugs anymore. Or society is destined to become the most boring society ever. Eventually people will see that political correctness does more harm than good, since it limits freedom of expression in a big way.

Of course there are still things that cross the line, but still if everyone is afraid to touch anyone, are we really a better society for this. A lot of times in the quest to not offend anyone we end up saying absolutely nothing, or sometimes offending someone else. So I think if more people would learn to get over little things more the world would be a better place. But it seems everyone would rather sue someone.

As for the seperation, anyone remember "seperate but equal". And we all know how well that worked out (though of course it wasn't equal, but I'm not sure it ever really could have been).

You wouldn't surive in our area. Well I'm not sayin the us in general. Also what you are referring to is called sagging which I do mostly when I don't have a belt or I just do it for the hell of it since its a fashion style. And your "beatz" are nothing more than just instrumentals. Not bumping music like triple six, bone thugs, Yo gotti, The game, Ludacris, Ice cube or any music without 50 cent in it.

I got it, I was just being literal, because that's what I do :P.

So what, Wanna fight about it.

You do realize there is no real way to react to sarcasm, except more sarcasm or just ignoring it. But both of those just get old after a while.

*puts up steel partition*

*builds a fort against the sarcasm that will be coming*

Back on topic, I think people should just follow the following three words

Get Over It

Seriously, if someone makes a pass at you, turn them down and be done with it, if they continue then call the boss over. If someone makes a joking comment either take it in stride and ignore it, or fire back with a witty comment of your own. Of course if it's a cronic thing, then it's a problem, but you know you could try talking to the person who said the comment first and tell them that was offensive before going to a boss. But people are too anti-confrontational these days, they prefer to run to mommy so to speak. Not a whole lot of people try to solve conflicts theirself by, you know, talking to the other person in a mature manner.
