After picking up the bass about a year or so ago, I've become pretty good and am almost as good with my fingers as I am with a pick. Still can't match my pick speeds with my fingers but I'm getting closer, also don't quite have the dexterity with my fingers that I do with a pick. I can pick up most songs after looking at the tabs and playing through them a couple of times, wish I was better at memorizing them, though. I mainly just do it for fun so I can play along with songs I know, and rock out .|..|. I'm not really sure I'm band material, since knowing chords and such is important to be able to play with others.

So what instruments (voice box counts) if any do people here play?
How long have you done such, do you still do it, etc?

Just curious, as though I don't know much about Music thoery I can still play pretty well anyway and have fun with it. So just wanted to see what other people have some musical talent, or play for fun.

I can play any member of the saxophone family (with my formal training being Alto)

Eventually it gets to a point a which it doesn't really matter what instruments you can play anymore, the question is what instrument do they need you to play.

I've never played a double reed instrument.

Drums and Percussion. I also do Shower singing.

I'm a pianist. Well, at least I'd like to be one. I've been playing on and off for a year or so.

My voice and a trumpet. Yes, I can actually sing, not great, but decent.

Got an orcania, and have a terrible singing voice. I want to get into something like...a violin or piano.

Back when I was in the youth group, I was usually the song leader for the group... specially on social outttings like camp and whatnot. (Tenor)

Yay for tenors! You don't find a lot of people who can sing tenor. It's a rare talent.

@Ixzion - you should record more of you piano I remeber that one song your recorded, it was great!
