Well, I just got back from the funeral. I got to see a lot of people I haven't seen in a very long time.

My friend Crissy is taking it pretty well. Unfortunately she lives by herself and I live out of town. But since I work in the same town she lives, I'll be making stops by whenever I get the chance.

I send her thanks you all you guys. All the support you've shown has helped her. It, at least, got to her laugh for a bit. She said that only I would get everyone on the net worked up over this. But the truth is, I also did this for me as well. Her mom was like a second mom to me. In fact, I would call her mom sometimes.

She was a very optimistic woman. Though she fought cancer, she never seemed down. That's just how she was.

The one thing I can say, however, is that she passed away because her heart failed. She did not lose to the cancer.

Thanks again, to you guys. From me and Crissy.

Yeah, thanks for the bump. Actually I just got back from hanging out with her. It was her birthday this weekend (a 3 hr drive out of town). And we took pics...

Crissy seemed to have a really good time. So did I. I really loath having to go to work tomorrow, wish I could have stayed there longer.
