Actually, the battle looks like a mix between Ocarina of Time and Wind Waker. The horse fighting is, of course, new though.

No such luck. Nintendo will always go for a new controller every system. I guess you can consider getting use to the controller as another part of mastering the games.

Oh, It would help if I told you that I was thinking of getting the new zelda for the cube vs wii. For the controler reason. Would I missing out on anything cool by doing that?

From what I hear, the only diffrence between the Wii version and the Cube version is Polygonal count is a tad lower and the frames per second are also behind... outside of that, not really. There will be no tilt sensitivity or stuff like that in the Cube version either.

So in other words I will not be losing any real story line or larg afects by sticking to the cube.

exactly... Now, there might be bonus features that will be in the Wii version, but no one will know till the game is released.

I'd be more inclined to buy Twilight Princess if the commercial for it was like the commercial posted here, only with segments of gameplay spliced in ever now and then.
