well anyway. It seems there is not a lot of depth to the story. oh and using a homing attack is really annoying against an enemy since i have to switch to kill them while im getting shot.

Man, the new NG was nothing on the old ones. It wasn't near the hype people put it up too. And even if it was one of the best games ever, it still doesn't warrant Xbox's exsistance. And what's more, they CHARGE for their online connecting games... as if Microsoft didn't have enough money as it is.

I was mearly being comical in my last post, but every system has a purpose, even the X-Box and every system has SOMETHING of worth.

For me, it's Dreamcast sequels and more games to add to my library, plus no exlusive title bull either.

Also, X-Box live isn't that expensive. It's $50 a year to play all X-Box Live compatible titles for free (except PSO Episode 1&2, damn Sega ).

And there's many things out there that charge fees to play on the other systems too. Not everything is free. Developers have to make money somehow.


Also note that I'm not a X-Box fanboy either. I just like to balance the equation. Though, Sonic Heroes is a game I wish I never rented.

So far, only Xbox charges for online play. But you are right about every console having some gimmick that will require extra money. For the Wii, it's getting all your old games back. Note, like Xbox's online play, it's not that expensive. But now there are emulators and roms that gives you free access to all your old games.... and not just Nintendo titles, but all.

Now Microsoft, Nintendo, and Sony (extra's including, but not limited too the Blu-ray jargan) make more than enough money for their entire family to live a life without work or toil.

Unfortunately they are worried about how big their bank account is over the users of their products....

Actually, as long as you have a copy of the game that is emulated, it's not. But I can't say I have too many of those. But I think it's justified. If not just for the games that we don't have in America. How else would we be able to play those titles? Or how could we see any of those awsome speed runs? Or who even has working old systems to play the old classic games anymore? (last question does not apply to Wii which supports all formats.) Yes, I know there are some people who still have running Nintendos/segas/whatever but generally, not many at all.
