OMG, a web-cam is like 30 bucks. That's not expensive. Besides, I think that it's the best form of communication outside of cell phones (only if you consider how legitament the person on the other end of the line is, hince the video that this thread was made on).

Phone TV thing = Web-cams. I mean, why develop it when it already exsists on a computer?

As far as naked people, it's not like you have to accept when someone invites you to video chat.
