Heh. Well, I'll be taking my leave tonight to set out for my friend's house where I'll be staying until Otakon. So basically, I'll be leaving northeastern Ohio to travel to Sidman, PA.... then onward to somewhere in Virginia, and then off to Baltimore, Maryland for Otakon.

This will be my first anime convention, so I decided not to cosplay to save my money.:O

Hmm. I might be able to have internet at the hotel, but I certainly will not have my computer(I do not know a lot of the people we're rooming with enough to leave something so valuable in the room.)

So, I'll be saying my adios for a short while. I'll probably be back around August 7th.;p

Make sure you take plenty of pictures so we can see how much fun you have.

Oh, and you could do a 'cospoor'. It's basically a low-cost cosplay... The ones you see around here are usually made with paper or cardboard.

I remember this guy I saw, he was wearing a cardboard box with holes like a shirt, with 'GUNDAM' written on it.

Oh, ick. No way. Too many bad cosplay sites looking for fodder. I'm just making my chappy shirt(topic in the creativity forum with picture).

I finally edited that down in Photoshop, and it'll be ironed on.

Well for the Cardboard Box thing you can dress as some Metal gear solid Characters.

That sounds like an idea.

With small colored cardboards cards you could build an oldschool NES character pretty well.

I'd like to see that.

I'm back. Tons of fun. I have videos and pictures for you soon, it's an entire photobucket collaberation account of our group's photo resources. I want to wait until steph has a chance to get her disposable cameras developed.

It was a whole lot of fun and quite the culture shock for me. Although I saw way too many FFVII cosplayers and Rinoas from FFVIII.

Highlights: AMVs, Dealer's Room, Masquerade Skits, and the Uncut Voice Actors Panel.
