1.need to work on me studies
2.tv good
3.my manga collection is starting to rise so i must buy more
3.my ps2 game collection at a good amount so i must buy more\
4.i got tired of it >...>

anywho wat r the downfalls before i open and play this game?

Well, what I would say Duelpro is don't worry about listening to people complaining about all of RPG Maker 3's limits. It is true. There are many. Just have fun enjoying the nice 3D graphics, cool field editor, and storytellers. You can't do as many things as you could with RPG Maker 1, which you're already used to, but you can still make a nice game.
