N64 on the psp is possible

Here's the been added for v2.0:

* Way too much to list, Commercial Roms work.
* Fast 3D/SW 2.0, Fast 3D Ext, F3DEX1.0 & F3DEX2.0 Microcodes supported
* Many gfx & Hle issues still exist. Missing a surface clipper & n64 combiner support.
* 4Kb Eeprom supported - (if you wish to use your eeproms from pc emu's, rename them the same as the rom and change the extension to .epr)

So, what does all this mean? Faster emulation, improved handling of Roms, improved stability, and an increase in the amount of Roms supported by Monkey64. This emulator has been coded from the ground up, and PSMonkey deserves all the support he can get - well done PSmonkey!

I can't wait for the update to this, who knows there might be a nds emulator in the future.

I don't see Nintendo letting this go on for very long. Even if they can't do something about the firmware, they will be certain to hand out lawsuits to any sites that supply these games.

They won't supply the game, but the emulator itself. The emulator isn't illegal its just the roms are. No one wants to update not even me. It would be stupid at this point but I should get another psp for the other games.

I can play N64 roms on my laptop.

So uh, how about some more PSP games for me to want besides the new mana game(which doesn't even have a release date yet), and Valkyrie Profile?

'Cause the PSP library is pathetic. I can not believe my sister wants one for her birthday. Then again, I can since she's not really much of a gamer, and will probably plink down money for those useless UMDs. OH BOY, buy your movies twice!:p

The library does suck because there aren't any good games except daxter, lumines, and wipeout pure. Playing the 64 on the go than having a whole laptop to carry around

I wish the PSP would get more games...

I have... "GTA:LCS" and "Megaman Powered Up!" for my PSP. I also rented Generations of Chaos... not too much out right now... maybe Popolocrois.

I can't wait for Valkyre Profile: Lenneth to be launched. Come on, dudes! More UMD fun!

But I really wish they'd lowered the price of a UMD BENEATH the price of a DVD...

Not really they can't sue for making a emulator that would be like the MPAA and the RIAA suing the creator of bittorrent. The case would get thrown out and the emulator would still be there.

There will be more better psp games out in the future, I just hope capcom release another megaman game. Daxter and Gta are the few games in the US to be considered good.

Yeesh, I mean Nintendo is going to make sure there are no N64 ROMs anywhere on the net. I know full well that they can't do anything about emulators. Nor can Sony. Otherwise ePSXe wouldn't be on the net still.

Yeah but there will always be roms on the net. You can find them on torrent sites, underground websites, forums, and people who have them on their pc's sharing them through im's. Just like every one else they can stop the popular main websites but they can't get them all. Like pspcrazy has a site full of iso's and roms but other people upload them to a server like sendspace or yousendit.

I mean, I used to be able to get those easily on my computer! I hope they don't crack down too much.
