Hello, I been playing this game for about 4 months at
8-12 hours at a time. I made villages,dungens and people.
I did this and been avoiding using any variables.

Ive tried using variables but nothing happens. And Im not
even sure what number order to put things in. Im afrade
by randomly picking a number like 16. Then later, in a
diffrent town the variable 16 may be used up already by
the first time. This is just a guess. I dont know if I can use
the same one over and over. Then picking a number for it
im unsure on. Do I start with 1? Do I jump to 2 or a 3?
Or Maybe I start with 0 then 1????
I tried looking at the "dear brave heart" Looking at
"King samples" Variables he has his set for a 60. Why is this?
And "Fortuna" Has hers set for a 04. Why dont they start at
01 or 02? Same thing with the internal and shared.
The < = > Im lost on as well. Im sure the idea is that, for the
number to be carried out it must be higher then the number
that I choose right? EX: 4 is higher then 1, so I would need a
variable grater then or equal to 4 for it to work. This is just a
guess.
Now Add modes and Subtract modes I understand. What
I dont understand is the diffrence of, modify mode and add
mode. Im able to add diffrent modes on diffrent people and
diffrent events. Whats the modify for?
Last question EX - A man in the game wants 1000. to join my party.
I only have 5 gold. The person takes the gipped rate.
I only paid the person 5 gold when he wanted 1000.00.
How do I make the man denie me for not having enoff gold?
Please HELP IM GOING CRazy tring.

Okay, that last one, you can't do it, unless you only allow the player to gain money from treasure chests or controlled battles.

VARIABLES:
Why don't you just start with variable 1. Just jot down on a piece of paper the different variables that you are using so you don't duplicate any of them later on. I'm not sure about the "Dear Braveheart" variable choices.

MONEY TO JOIN:
RE: The 1000 gold to join your party. You could have an item for sale in a shop that is 1000 gold. Upon giving that item to the man, he joins your party. That would guarantee that you would have to actually save up the correct amount of money. The only weird thing would be that the item would still be for sale in that shop later unless you tweaked things a bit.

MODES:
Add Mode just increases the selected mode by one.
Modify Mode selects a particular mode that you choose to change to.

I feel like Im never going to make it to the end of my story. Because
I keep needing to make short storys, JUST TO PROVE A POINT IN MY GAME. A quest, in a Quest ,in a quest ,in a quest and forever more.

Im not yelling at you. Im just venting.

This might sound silly, but with this kinda game. They
should have made a live VCR or DVD film that tells
you all the things you can and can not do. Also
the game clearly states a child can master this game.
They should put I.Q levels on the back insted of age groups.

Well, Boys my quest in this game is to finish what I started.
I blew 50.00 at the game store for this and Im going to injoy
it. Besides those animal people seem cool. I was thinking
about taking the white Mythical beast and making a quest where
hes really an evil easter bunny. LoL!

Im not planing on giving up. If you wish I will keep in touch and
tell you my findings so others like me can have an easyer time.
I know Im going to have lots more to ask. But for now Im going
to look on some more websites. ALSO! Can someone please take
the time out of there busy day and Please put some exsample
threads up on the borads? For the RPGm3. I see there is something
for the RPGm2 one.

I tried looking at the weapon trick link thats poasted and all
I get is music.
