Ok everyone once again I've gotten stuck. I've been working pretty much all day on this one and I can't get it. I gave one of my characters an item so that when he equips it, he turns into a dragon. I have the script set up so that no one else can equip it and that it can't be taken off once equipped. It changes the character from whatever class he was into a Dragon class and he can't change back. However, I've been trying to include in the script to change his appearance as well. I want it so that when the item is equipped he not only changes classes but he also changes from human into an actual dragon model. Can someone please help me.

It's one of the Member commands, I believe. Though I can't say for certain which one specifically. For that matter, I'm not sure if putting a change graphic command in that item's script will work.

Ok I have the script to where it can change a party member's character model however when you go to another screen the old model comes back up. Is there anyone out there that can help me with this.

You have to change the model every time you enter a map. Just put in the command of your Enter Map script.

But you will still need a flag or something to tell the system about the status when the player saves and starts again later!

If you need help with enter map scripts, speak up!

Well I think that I got it the best that it's gonna work for now so I'll leave it alone and try and come back to it later. I set it up to where the person is now a dragon no matter what map they go to. My only problem is that for the first say 2 seconds it shows the old character and then changes to the dragon. I'm not sure if anyone would know how to fix that problem but if you could it would be appreciated.

Simply black the screen, do the model change, and clear the screen.

This may help:

The bottom link is Doan The Nado's World Creation Guide!

Very Comprehensive.

It answers all questions in this thread clearly and concisely.

I hope it helps.

Peace.
