I don't know, but X7 (wasn't that for the PS2? 3D?) was horrible IMO. At least MMX8 was a lot better, even though I still hated the brief 3D segments (atleast it was getting back on track).

Oh yeah. And Megaman Legends rocks. Go Rock man!

I enjoyed megaman 8. Which featured Bass as a playable character in his own story mode. All the special weapons, for the most part, where really cool. Come to think of it, Bass is kind of like Axel... the ability to shoot in diffrent directions and whatnot.

Okay, what about Megaman X Command Mission. I thought it was pretty good. Kind of difficult, and started off pretty slow. But it got better towards the end.

I haven't played it, but if I find it real cheap at a store, I may pick it up. (It's an RPG, right?) I love RPGs.

yep, it's totally an RPG. They intagrate some pretty niffty ideas into the game as far as battle is concerned. And the storyline isn't to shabby either... nice plot twists towards the end.

Speaking of which (warning: off topic) I once posted an argument about the original Final Fatasy 3. Because OUR FF3 is really FF6. Well, I found the rom for NES. If I wasn't on dialup right now, I'd make a screen shot and photobucket it. Those aren't easy to find anyway because when you look up ANYTHING for FF3, you get FF6. Strangely enough, the graphics are actually worse than FF2, but just stlightly better than FF1. But I'm glad to have found the lost link in the FF triligy.

It's pretty amazing how much the X's just dropped off after X4. They just get worse and worse...

They need to get back on track.

There should be a mega man game with like 32 master robots, and then protoman busts in and does that whistle thing, but zero cuts in like three pieces before leon shows up and blows zero up with that stupid special rocket launcher that he found fighting the last boss, and he'd be all like, "i'm a loser", and ashley would do some random thing, so you could see her panties, but chun li would fall from the sky and hit her with that slow hadouken thing, and the smith syndicate would appear out of nowhere, and shoot the crap out of everybody, but they missed viewtiful joe, so he'd be like *Hwaaaa* Slo-Mo! and they'd all be gone, and garcian would choke on a steak or something, so they'd be dead forever, then viewtiful joe would start a cut-scene, and any gamer in their right mind would skip it cause his cut scenes suck, and it turns out it was important cause now he's full of holes cause dante would fly in and shoot him up and the mercs guys would be like "we all look the same" and then explode right before X kicks the crap out of sigma.

That would be the best mega man game ever.
