I was trying to add a link to the banner in my signature advertising the VFX Editor Guide, and on my umpteenth try I suddenly had no access to the preferences section and much strange code appeared in my signature field.

I can no longer effect it at all.

I tried to delete the whole thing as a test, but it stayed as is.

HAAAAAAALLP!

Here is what I wanted to use:

Code:

<b>MOO!</b>

<a href="http://www.doanthenado.com/files/RodakVFX.html">
[img]http://i16.photobucket.com/albums/b41/Rodak/guide-ad2-sig.jpg[/img]
</a>
</center>

I have an image combining both banners to save code space (I went over the character limit), but I lost control before I could test it.

Is this just me (again) or is something weird going on here?

Peace.

I managed to fix up your sig, as you can see, from the admin side. Check to see if you can affect it from the other side now.

You already made sure that you don't have html or bbcode disabled?

If you can't, please PM me your password so I can log into your account and see for myself. But I've tried the code, and it works perfectly.

Well Done!

I think I know what I did, but was running late and failed to explain.

I somehow slipped and pasted data I copied by highlighting "outside the box" and got some raw java or something in my sig.

It was listing all my fields in preferences like user name, email, etc.

But is fine now.

I must have dragged the mouse over the page instead of over the text or something else that is now irrelevant now that you fixed it!

Thanks.

Peace.
