What does BMX XXX have to do with Zelda? Anyways, there will be a Zelda RPG game for DS where you play as a weirdo most of us know: Tingle. The Fairy Wannabe.

It was an example of adult games ninteno could have. There are some bad zelda games that some people in america haven't played.

1. The Wand of Gamelon http://www.quebecgamers.com/impressions ... /cover.jpg

2. Faces of Evil

I've played wand of gamelon before and its terrible, good thing it wasn't made by nintendo.

The CD-i Zelda games (two of them literally starring Zelda) aren't even considered canon.

Wait, do they wear bras or something? Or maybe you're just looking at the wrong version. To my understanding, the GameCube version is the only version that isn't censored with those bars.

The one thing that confuses me the most about the zelda series, why do the villain in the plot really need her. Why not just make a clone of her or something else.
Well in Ganon's case, she holds the Triforce of Wisdom, which he needs in order to gain unlimited power. And while cloning might be possible with some sort of magic in the Zelda games, the copy certainly wouldn't include the Triforce of Wisdom.

Those games (the CD-i games) are a disgrace. I don't consider them games because they suck big time.

And she was the daughter of one of the 7 sages. Not all the time, just in LttP. But in that one no one got a triforce piece.

What do you mean by that? Ganon is in the game, we just don't know what he is planning in the game. And those seven sages are from Four Swords Adventures.

Link to the Past was on the SNES first, way before Four Swords Adventures. Zelda was decended from one of the sages in Ocarina of Time, most likely the Zelda of that game. The decendants (including the decended Zelda) were needed to break the seal on the Sacred Realm, where Ganon resides. Ganon was sealed in there in Ocarina by the original 7 sages.

Also of note, Ocarina is essentially the origins story of Ganon.

Are you all insane!!!? Why have you all not posted a Link To The Past. This is highly uncool. I'm sorry, but all time fave right there. Just ask OW, he will explain my obsession. If you all do not understand... well then I will have to flip back on the psychois switch and make YOU ALL understand...

Good day. 8)

Well... it all began when I was a little egg...

Oh... Zelda, right. Actually, A Link To the Past was the first RPG I ever bought/beat. So when I beat it it was like " YES!! That was awesome!"
But, the game was good none the less. Of course, I never owned an N64 and I could only watch OW play Ocarina and Majora's Mask, so I couldn't get in to it as much. I am sure I would if I had a chance.

So for now, I stand by my decision.
And by the way, yes, I know I am weird. But I plan on being an actor so...

Now a days you can always buy a controller for the pc and emulate those 64 memories. I've beaten zelda link to the past finally after all these years. I did finally in the summer when i had my psp which was a good day. So why did you watch OW? Are you related or something else to him :skeptical

I am a hard core Zelda fan. Regardless of the system, or the CONTROLLER, I will master any Zelda title. If you do want to gripe about controllers, try playing Mortal Kombat on Playstation2 and then GC. Just doing Scorpion's cool little flaming backflip took me forever to do. That D-pad is to freaking small. But anyway, I would consider that just another challenge on the long road to mastering the game. As far as favorites, here's the order.

Zelda: A link to the Past, Zelda (the first one), Zelda: Ocarnia of Time, Zelda: Majora's Mask, Zelda: the adventure of Link (that path to the grand castle SUCKED), and Zelda: Wind Waker.

The handhelds I never really got into, but I'll break down and get them on ROM or something. I'm pretty stinkin sure Twilight Princess will take top notch, but that might be true for anyone.

I already said Ocarina was my favorite, but I think I never explained why.

First off, it was my first Zelda game. Every other Zelda game before that, I only remember seeing screenshots for them, and all I saw was going through monster-filled dungeons slashing them with a sword, which was not Mario. Actually, the only Zelda game I remember reading about beforehand (other than LttP holding that top slot in Nintendo Power forever) was Link's Awakening, which was featured in the Super Game Boy Player's Guide. But yeah, screens of dungeon-hacking. Nothing I was interested in at the time.

Until Nintendo and Square got a wonderful idea and put Mario in an RPG. Being a Mario game, by grandpa got it one Christmas, I played it (woo, first RPG), and I was quickly hooked into RPGs. Still am.

Anyway, I was reading up on Zelda: OoT, and was kinda interested, kinda not. Until the game was released and I was reading the strategy review in Nintendo Power (for a while, I made it my business to read the whole magazine). And I realized, this sounds like an RPG. I like RPGs, I think I'll get it. And I definately wanted it after playing some short demos.

So I asked for it for Christmas. I knew well ahead of time that I was getting it. My parents thought they found a good hiding place for the game's player's guide. They hid it in my bookshelf with all my other strategy guides. :lol That thing stood out!

Anyway, got it, loved it all the way through. The atmosphere, the music, the story, the bosses... Would have been better if I hadn't played through with that player's guide. Puzzles might've been more interesting. (Needless to say, I stay clear of strategy guides of any sort until after I beat the game and need help finding secrets on the next playthrough.) (Except RPGM2. The index is great.) Luckily I was able to re-enjoy it without a strategy guide when I got it as Master Quest (though unfortunately the bosses and general flow did not change). Too bad the semi-fresh experience was ruined by the Fire Temple's horrible new theme and Ganondorf puking up green stuff instead of blood. I need to go tell Nintendo to change things back before the Revolution download.

I eventually did get every other Zelda game (er, minus the ones that shall never be spoken of again). I enjoyed them somewhat, though not as much as Ocarina. Zelda 1, I got into the fourth dungeon before quitting. Zelda 2, I quit after beating the first palace. LttP, I got to the third dungeon in the SNES version and into the fifth dungeon in the GBA version. Link's Awakening, I beat, and rank it maybe 2nd or 3rd in my list of favorite Zeldas (Majora's Mask being the one competing with Link's Awakening). I beat Majora's Mask. And I beat Wind Waker, and would rank that one pretty high on the list if it weren't for the horrible HORRIBLE HORRIBLE fetch quest near the end and the anticlimatic and pretty stupid "Ganon" fight (the final boss wasn't great either).

Thank you, you are about the only one I have known to admit to beat a game without using a guide, then use it afterwards. I am the same way. Thank you, I now respect you.

Yay. Two more people to talk on this thread......
My favorite Zelda game was Majora's Mask. Now that I have played a demo for Twilight Princess, it is my favorite.

*Oh, how I like making people jealous :lol *
