The emails there are long, but read them. He speaks like he knows a little something. If it's true, then Nintendo may have something intriguing, to say the least.

They had better have all the great S/N/ES/64 games on it. You know, the Zeldas, Bubble Bobbles, Blast Corps, Snake Rattle N Roll, Earthbound (which I have yet to play, darn it!), etc.

EARTHBOUND.

I render my previous outburst on topic, since Earthbound is one of the best official Nintendo RPGs.

Actually, you have to download them via WiFi connection. (Revolution will have it also.)

The NES games are about $2.99, $5.99 for SNES, and $14.99 for N64. You can also pay about $14.99 a month to play any game you want. And the Rev. will be somewhere in between $149.99 and $299.99; at least it is cheaper than 360 and PS3.

I'll probably go with the monthly fee. As short as NES and most SNES games are, I'd probably wind up playing them in just a few days. If I wound up going straight from an NES game to an N64 game, I'll save about 2 bucks.

I haven't read through all that stuff, so, can the games be permanently saved onto the Revolution and/or it's memory card, or is it just one game saved on there at a time? Or does anybody know? I wouldn't mind having stored a collection of games.

If you buy the game it is saved onto the Rev. I'm not sure if it is a memory card or a hardrive. If you pay the monthly fee, you can just play the games. You can't have them forever.

you never know, someone could hack the nintendo revolution allow you to download nes, snes, and n64 roms for free. No one ever knows that this will happen just yet.

It could be hard to do that. That is like trying to hack a website into letting you download music or games.

Well we don't know that for sure but look at some of the game systems now, for example the psp can play nes, snes, gba, sega and other system roms. But depending on the firmware you have you can play these. So the best thing is to wait and see how this will come out.
