Rpg maker 2 can do alot more than rpgm3. I don't think you can do minigames

So you surggest I should get that animal crossing looking-game over a better looking game?I mean aren't you able to make mini-games on any RPG maker 3.Alls I want is a surgestion for a good mini-game.I personal think RPG maker 3 is the best but, I could be wrong since, heck I haven't played it yet!

Graphics? Pshaw, graphics don't mean a thing. RPGM2 is WAY more powerful than RPGM3. I'm not even sure if minigames are possible at all on RPGM3. Maybe some real simple ones, like "pick this treasure chest and see if it holds the key to the next room; if not you lose". RPGM2, you could do something like a race against a bunch of computer opponents, a la Mario Kart (minus the go-karts). Still, RPGM2 is also a lot harder to get used to, and takes more work to even make a Potion.

Also do you reccommend I get both games so I can make games suitable for every aduiance?

if you're new to the whole thing it might be worth getting 3. i dont know, what do you guys think?

i did manage to get the hang of RPGM1 ok, and one was a monstrously tricky proposition with no manual.

So since I am a noob it is best to get RPG Maker 3?Or should I get both and use RPG Maker 2 when I have a better understanding of how RPG makers work.

Well if you can get both, then I'd recommend getting both. Otherwise, RPGM2 would be a good choice, but it'd be easier getting used to RPGM3 first, since they simplify things in that one. (Too much.)
