You're looking for a device called the Max Drive (or the Dex Drive, if you're talking about RPGM1). The Max Drive can be found alone, or included in Action Replay Max EVO.

Please note that there is no actual way to play these games on the computer.

You could buy an x port but if you will have to contact action replay to get an ugraded disc so you can use it.

And there's no reason to go out and buy a $70(saw one just the other day) one either, simple works but remember not to go for tooooo cheap as you do in most cases get what you pay for. ($20-30 typical) And really, you should also get RM1 and a Dex Drive because RM1 kicks some serious ass.

Thanx, buit could you pleae tell me what the Max Drive actually is before I buy one? I'm guessing it's a drive you install on your computer...? Or is it just a memory card type thing?

Essentially, it's this little stick that can plug into the USB slots of your PS2 and computer. You boot it up on your PS2 using a disk, but on the computer you can just move files on and off the stick directly without a disk. It does come with a PC disk, but that's not neccessary aside from maybe telling your computer what a Max Drive is.
