While 'insane' might not be wholely applicable, limited sure as hell is. I know 3d (scratch that: detailed 3d) models are hard to do generic enough for global appeal, but they wouldn't even have to worry about such 'aesthetic' aspects if they simply put in a create a character with hundreds of options. It would take the game to a whole nother level in terms of customizability, and it's not that hard. RM 1, still dominates.
