But seriously, I just heard that in the wake of the mass murder in Orlando, naturally they held a funeral for the victims and, the victims being homosexual, OF COURSE Westboro Baptist Church was going to be there to make things difficult. But apparently they were in for a bigger surprise than normal when someone fights back against their hate-filled rhetoric, this time making a real difference.

I watched the Psycho-Pass movie over the weekend and I really enjoyed it. I missed it in theaters back in March, so I was glad that it was put up online recently (at least in English). I wonder what's next in Psycho-Pass canon.

Still need to get to seeing that one. It's been bookmarked in my anime-to-check-out-eventually list for a year, now, I think.

A lot of people haven't posted in a while. I think we should post more and be more present in chat. Not every night, but more often.

It's usually Dray, WGLP, and me in the chat during weekdays. Though how active it is depends on how busy everyone is too.

I have these episodes, where I just disappear from most online stuff (ok, so maybe from most offline stuff too)
I just started a new job last week. I'm still teaching, but I'm out of the public education system. I'm actually earning less now, and I have to plan for 5 different grades instead of 2 or 3, but I'm feeling so much better in this new school, that I'm starting to find bits of joy in what I'm doing. It's definitely a trade off I don't regret.

Hopefully I'll be popping my head around here more often too.

So this gal who works at the shelter I volunteer at is in the middle of a breakup with a rather frightening dude. She had to get a restraining order and everything.

I know it's unreasonable but I'm a little nervous he's going to think me and her are f*cking.
