Mag Book Club - #1 American Gods

The genesis of the Mag Movie Saturday was actually the Mag Book Club. Now, we're going back to the roots.

Our first Book Club Book is American Gods by Neil Gaiman. Beginning 2015-02-08, through 2015-02-22. As and after we read through the book, we'll be discussing.

Ah, I've always wanted to read something by Hainan (And I've been recently telling myself I haven't read anything in a while.)
I'll give it a try.

So, we were joking about reading the novelization of Wicked City...

Like, 50 pages into American Gods

And then 170 pages in you get

Then some 50ish pages in there's the protagonist's

And I'm only one third of the way through the book.

Somehow I think it's going to get even more weird as time goes on.

Just a reminder - we're nearing the halfway point of the reading period. On 2015-02-22, we'll be starting a new book.

I finished the book a couple days ago, but have nobody to talk to about it.
