Hello, fellow Magonians.

Every year on the anniversary of my sister's death (November 14th). My mom creates an event called "Random Act of Kindness". Here's info about it:

"Heather Weeks left for heaven on November 14, 2008. We ask that you remember her on this day by doing a random act of kindness for someone.. please post what you did an how it felt to do it! We loved hearing what everyone did last year! Please invite your friends and ask them to share."

So, I ask you: Will you do your part and help support this cause?

Oh, you'd be surprised how popular this is on Facebook. This event has approx. 1.2k followers as of now.

Okay, everyone. Today's the day. Don't forget to go out there and do a random act of kindness for someone...please post what you did here in the thread and how it felt to do it.

If this thread becomes very popular I will keep this going in the future.

I'd rather not report exactly what I did since telling everyone about it kind of defeats the purpose in my opinion. I'll keep my eyes open for things to do throughout the day though.

I do have facebook. But the link works for me now. I like to think that as a teacher, I have many opportunities to do random acts of kindness.
LIke Dyne, I prefer not to mention them either though.
