So my Comcast bill has $40 charged to my bill for a technician coming out to fix a Comcast cable wiring issue. Problem is, it was their own mistake in the box outside. I was told upfront that if they had to fix anything inside the apartment that I would be charged. However, nothing inside needed to be changed, and it was their screw up outside for connecting Comcast to a U-Verse line. So, I was handed no bill or anything. Then the $40 charge comes up. So I argue it with the customer service rep who has it reviewed and it stays, but I continue arguing it so it's up for review again. I will call back in two days when I'm home and will record the whole conversation.

This could be awesome.

So I had a blow up with a rep today. Didn't record it because I was at work, but I'm going to call again and talk to a supervisor. The lady I talked to this morning was very accusatory.

Edit: Called them on my lunch break at home and I told the guy that I was recording and wanted to talk to his supervisor. Gave him my information to pull up and told him what the issue is. He immediately said that he could credit the amount I was charged for the technician to come out, and supposedly did it. He gave me his name and Employee ID, so if I need to make a call back, I have that information.

It's amazing how telling them they're being recorded changes their tune.

You know, I've made myself known to be a believer around here so I felt pretty guilty for losing my temper one night a couple of weeks and swearing repeatedly at RPGMaker 1 in front of Myoky and Ixzion. But at least I can say this: I never so boldly proclaimed on video "I believe in the word of God" and then three minutes later physically attacked my own flesh and blood and called him an @#%$ing queer.

Looks like a monster you'd find in Silent Hill. I mean, if that game world had two-headed baby monsters in cloaks who walk on their hands, then I wouldn't be surprised to find a zombie humanoid thing who looks as though his entire lower body half has been twisted all the way around like Reagan's head in The Exorcist.

My mom and I saw Forrest Gump in Imax last night. it was pretty good, but the price...my God.

So, I usually go out to see my mother in Houston every two or three months, right? Well, it was getting to be about that time again, and she tells me this time it'd be great if I made it this upcoming weekend to look after the two foreign exchange students she's just now taken in while she's away at work this Saturday.

Now, let's put some context into this. I never had a younger sister, just an older one that got on my nerves all the time because she was totally jealous that I was the younger and cuter and brainier child. ^_^ So Mom puts it this way when she breaks the news to me, that I will be gaining "two little sisters" for about a year, two girls in their latter teenage years from ... Thailand or something.


And for some reason she preferred I come down this particular weekend to stay with them while she's away for most of the Saturday.

... If I was about eight or nine years younger, I'd see this as a plot setup for a really weird, perverted hentai centering around one of those scenarios that have happened precisely zero times to zero people in the course of real Earth's history.
